![]() 1 tbsp sesame oil 400g lean pork mince 1 tsp finely chopped ginger 1 clove garlic, crushed 225g can water chestnuts, drained and chopped 1 tbsp fish sauce 2 tbsp oyster sauce 1 tbsp sweet chilli sauce 2 shallots (spring onions), sliced 1 lettuce, outer leaves cut into cups 2 tbsp chopped fresh coriander leaves, to serve Heat the oil in a heavy-based frying pan or a wok, and brown the pork with the ginger and garlic. Add the water chestnuts and bamboo shoots, and stir-fry for 1 minute to heat through. Add the fish sauce, oyster sauce, sweet chilli sauce and shallots, and stir through.
